ASSOCHAM is organizing a National Summit on “INDIAN INSURANCE INDUSTRY – 2009, New Prospects – New Challenges” at 10.00 a.m. on 24th July, 2009 at Le-Meridien, New Delhi .

Shri Namo Narain Meena, Hon’ble Minister of State for Finance, Shri J Hari Narayan, Chairman IRDA, Dr. R Kannan, Member (Actuary) IRDA, Shri Tarun Bajaj, Joint Secretary (B&I), Ministry of Finance, has very kindly agreed to join us the Summit. We have also invited Shri T S Vijayan, Chairman, LIC and other eminent speaker from the industry and Ministry of Finance.

The Summit would provide an ideal forum for expert discussion, information sharing and an excellent platform for business development. A large participation by all stakeholders - institutional investors, fund managers, consultants, brokers, regulators, custodians, lawyers, banks, financial planners and retail investors are expected to participate.
